Cat Crave Radio is back with Episode 53!  The free agency market kicked off this past weekend without our Carolina Panthers taking part.  They were doing some house keeping instead.

We had the opportunity to speak to Matt Bowen who played seven seasons in the NFL, has written for the Chicago Sun Times, Milwaukee journal Sentinel, Washington Times and now is a major contributor for the National Football Post.  His entries on their site, and all their stuff, is absolutely must-read material for all football fans!

Also, Nick Yeoman re-joined us this week after some technical glitches prevented him from appearing to take part in The Great Debate.  This week, we debated the future of John Fox.

We even threw in a Rant or Rave for good measure.
